Free for Renters — We charge renters zero fees and zero deposit markups.

Ranked by Google Reviews — Rankings reflect public Google review counts and ratings using an objective mathematical weighting — operators cannot purchase top ranking placement.

Indicative Pricing — Listed rates reflect operator-confirmed figures or estimated market ranges from our Price Index. The final rental rate is agreed directly between you and the facility.

Fair Use & Anti-Spam — To protect our operator network from automated spam, inquiry volume is monitored and temporary velocity limits apply if unusual activity is detected.

Privacy Standards — We handle user data responsibly and in line with applicable regional privacy and data protection standards.

Hong Kong Jurisdiction — Any disputes are handled under the laws of Hong Kong.

1. Inventory vs. Landlord

asia.storage is an independent digital index and communication platform covering 750+ verified storage facilities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok, and 20+ Asian markets. We verify listings and standardize unit sizes, but we do not own, lease, or manage storage units. The storage contract is strictly between You and the Operator. We are the bridge, not the destination.

2. Fair Use & Anti-Spam

To protect facilities from automated abuse and spam, we monitor inquiry velocity and apply temporary rate limits when excessive inquiries are detected.

3. Data Handshakes

When you initiate a connection, you authorize asia.storage to share your verified identity (Name/Email) with the specific operator. This is used solely to establish a secure communication channel via select messenger apps or email.

Regional Sovereignty & Security: Your use of the asia.storage grid is anchored in a "Security-First" architecture. We utilize native third-party authentication (Google and Apple) to verify human intent; consequently, asia.storage does not have access to, nor does it store, your personal passwords. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable regional data protection and privacy standards across the markets we serve. By initiating a connection through our platform, you acknowledge that asia.storage serves as a verified data ledger and connection engine only. The ultimate contract for physical space, security, and insurance remains a direct agreement between you and the facility operator.

4. Accuracy of the Price Index

We work to keep the Price Index accurate, but physical reality moves fast. Listed rates are either operator-confirmed figures or clearly labelled estimates. The operator is responsible for confirming the final rate after you send an inquiry.

5. The asia.storage Ecosystem

By initiating a connection, you join the asia.storage network. You authorize us to contact you via email or messaging apps regarding your specific inquiry, verified market updates in your city, and relevant regional services (e.g., moving, insurance, or relocation). You maintain the right to opt-out of secondary updates at any time.

6. Our Role & Liability

asia.storage connects you with facility operators. We do not operate the storage facility you will choose. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, nor for disputes between you and any operator. The storage contract is strictly between you and the facility. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. What You Cannot Store

You agree not to store anything illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, stolen, perishable, or alive (plants or animals). Weapons, ammunition, and controlled substances are also prohibited. Check with each facility about what you can or can not store. If you store prohibited items, you assume all liability.

8. Jurisdiction

This User Pact is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
