Terms of Use
We are the Bridge — asia.storage provides the data and the connection, but your rental agreement is strictly between you and the facility operator.
The Grid Governor — To protect the network, we limit direct connections to 3 per session. If you hit this limit, a short cool-down applies.
Indicative Pricing — All rates in the Price Matrix are "starting from" figures. Final rates are confirmed during your direct chat with the host.
Regional Compliance — We respect the laws of the markets we serve, including Thailand's PDPA and Vietnam's Decree 13. Your data is used only for the specific purpose of the storage handshake.
Hong Kong Jurisdiction — Any disputes are handled under the fair and efficient laws of Hong Kong.
The Ecosystem — By connecting, you join the asia.storage network for verified market updates. You can opt-out of secondary updates at any time.
asia.storage is a digital infrastructure. We verify market data (also called 'Inventory' and 'Price Matrix') and facility distinctions, but the rental contract is strictly between You and the Operator. We are the bridge, not the destination.
To protect our operators from spam, we limit direct connections to 3 per session. If this limit is reached, a mandatory cool-down period applies before the grid re-opens for you.
When you initiate a connection, you authorize asia.storage to share your verified identity (Name/Email) with the specific operator. This is used solely to establish a secure communication channel via select messenger apps or email.
Regional Sovereignty & Security: Your use of the asia.storage grid is anchored in a "Security-First" architecture. We utilize native third-party authentication (Google and Apple) to verify human intent; consequently, asia.storage does not have access to, nor does it store, your personal passwords. We operate as a regional utility in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand and Decree 13 of Vietnam. By initiating a connection through our platform, you acknowledge that asia.storage serves as a verified data ledger and connection engine only. The ultimate contract for physical space, security, and insurance remains a direct agreement between you and the facility operator.
We work to keep the Price Matrix 100% accurate. However, physical reality moves fast. All listed rates are 'starting from' indications. The operator is responsible for final rate confirmation during your direct chat.
By initiating a connection, you join the asia.storage network. You authorize us to contact you via email or messaging apps regarding your specific inquiry, verified market updates in your city, and relevant regional services (e.g., moving, insurance, or relocation). You maintain the right to opt-out of secondary updates at any time.
asia.storage connects you with facility operators. We do not operate the storage facility you will choose. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, nor for disputes between you and any operator. The storage contract is strictly between you and the facility. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
You agree not to store anything illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, stolen, perishable, or alive (plants or animals). Weapons, ammunition, and controlled substances are also prohibited. Check with each facility about what you can or can not store. If you store prohibited items, you assume all liability.
This User Pact is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
