How we handle your data
Identity — Your name and email (via Google/Apple/Magic Link). We need this to prove to the operator that you are a real human, not a bot.
Intent — Which city and units you searched for. We use this to make the map smarter and show you better rates.
Location — Your IP address (to show you storage "Near You" instantly). We don't track your GPS coordinates in the background.
Only the specific storage operator you choose to connect with. They get your name and email so they can start a chat with you on the messenger app of your choosing.
We never sell your contact list to insurance companies, moving firms, or random advertisers.
Security & Regional Compliance — We utilize secure, industry-standard authentication via third-party providers (Google and Apple), which ensures that asia.storage never accesses, sees, or stores your personal passwords. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection in the markets we serve, strictly adhering to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand and Decree 13 of Vietnam. You maintain full sovereignty over your information, including the right to access, rectify, or withdraw your consent at any time.

In the event that asia.storage or its parent holding company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, verified user data and communication history may be transferred as a core business asset to ensure the continuity of the regional ledger.
