Weighted score formula
Our default leaderboard rank is calculated using an objective mathematical weighting that combines verified review volume with star ratings, rewarding facilities that maintain high customer satisfaction as they scale.
Statistical sample-size floors
To prevent newly opened facilities with only a handful of friendly reviews from dominating rankings, strict minimum review count thresholds apply at the city, market, and Asia-wide levels before a facility qualifies for "Best Rated" or leaderboard consideration.
Data source
Review counts and star ratings are sourced directly from public Google Reviews across 750+ facilities in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok, and 20+ Asian markets. Data is refreshed on a rolling schedule and recorded as historical snapshots.
Anomaly detection & anti-gaming safeguards
Our system monitors for statistical anomalies, rating velocity spikes, and synthetic review patterns. Any listing exhibiting unusual distribution curves is quarantined for manual inspection by our research team before qualifying for verified badges or leaderboard slots.
Refresh cadence & corrections
